Just wrapped up the 2015 Seattle Wedding Show !!!

Just wrapped up the 2015 Seattle Wedding Show. The show takes place every year in January. This year there were over 400 vendors and around 7,500 guests all mingling, cheering on the dancing models in the fashion show, tasting wedding cake and planning their big events! 😉

Myself (and likely all vendors and SWS staff) are happily exhausted. LOL. But before I crash I want to be sure and thank a few people who made this year so special!

Mariachi, Tequila and Late Night Tacos at the Newcastle Golf Club!

Mexican Wedding at the Newcastle Golf Club.

On October 10th we we’re thrilled to film Miguel & Carrey’s Mexican Wedding at the Newcastle Golf Club. This was honestly one of my all-time FAVORITE weddings! The couple was absolutely incredible and all about having a great time with friends and family. They even let me join in and dance with the groom (after I pinned money on his suit of course!) What a riot!

They entered the ceremony with music from a professional mariachi band. On exit guests were given Coronas and ushered to the cocktail party while the couple went to sign their marriage certificate. They did a traditional Mexican dance then had a 2nd band to rock the house while a late night taco bar was set-up for the guests. It was incredible!

Pixel Dust Named “Best Of Western Washington” for wedding videography companies!

Best Of award for Pixel Dust Weddings!

This morning I opened my email and in it was the official award from this years “Best of Western Washington” Competition held by KING5’s Evening Magazine.  Pixel Dust Weddings has been officially named The Best Wedding Videographer of 2014!  I’m soooo excited and honored to receive this.

Every couple I film I fall in love with and am so blessed to get the opportunity to capture and tell their story. This is truly a humbling honor to receive this. Thank you again to all those who voted. 🙂

2015 Seattle Wedding Show . . . this weekend !!!

We’re excited to be invited back as a Chosen Specialist at the 2015 Seattle Wedding Show.  Be sure to stop by and see us at booth #1410 by the Space Needle exhibit

One of the major highlights at the event each year is their amazing fashion show with the latest in gowns, tuxedos and bridal party attire.  Show times are Saturday at 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm or Sunday
at 12:30pm and 3:30pm.
