As a wedding videographer, I have had the pleasure of capturing numerous weddings in and around Bellevue, Washington. Bellevue offers an array of luxurious wedding venues that cater to couples who are looking for a classy and upscale wedding experience. Don’t worry, there are also a ton of venues for couples who are going for the opposite of that and a little bit of everything in between. One of my favorite venues is the Woodmark Hotel. The hotel is situated on the shores of Lake Washington and offers breathtaking views of the lake and North Seattle.
The convenience of Bellevue is another factor that makes it an excellent location for a wedding. It is only a short drive from downtown Seattle, making it easy for guests who are traveling from out of town. The neighborhood also offers a variety of dining and entertainment options that are perfect for pre-wedding activities and post-wedding celebrations.
One of the most significant draws of Bellevue is the views it offers. The neighborhood is located on the east side of Lake Washington, providing stunning views of the water and the Seattle skyline. On a clear day, you can even see the majestic Cascades in the distance.
Another fantastic feature of Bellevue is its well-manicured parks and gardens. Some of my favorite locations are the Bellevue Botanical Garden and the Meydenbauer Bay Park. Both locations offer stunning natural beauty, making them perfect for couples who want to incorporate nature into their wedding.
Bellevue, Washington, is an excellent location for a wedding, offering convenience, luxury, stunning views, and beautiful parks and gardens. As a wedding videographer who has worked in the area, I highly recommend Bellevue to couples who are looking for a magical wedding experience.

A: Convenience for airport, hotels, transportation, and most Bellevue wedding venues are large enough that they include a bridal and groom getting ready location on site.
A: The views. Bellevue is mainly up on a hill so most venues nearby will have a view of the lake, mountains, or city skyline. If you are lucky you can sometimes get all three.

A: My personal favorite venue to film at in Bellevue is the Golf Club at Newcastle. I love the bright ceremony space, the large yet luxurious ballroom, and the stunning views of Lake Washington and Seattle.
Q: How long before your wedding should you be trying to book a Bellevue wedding venue?
A: You should try to book Bellevue wedding venues at least 1-2 years in advance to guarantee your first choice. If you have a wedding on a Friday, Sunday, or even mid-week you can book closer to your wedding day because there is less demand for these dates.
