Wedding Ceremony & Toasts Video Recording
Have been told that you will regret it if you don’t have your wedding ceremony and toasts video recorded? Many newly engaged couples know the importance of recording their wedding ceremony and toasts but don’t have the budget or don’t want the additional videos that come with a standard wedding videography package. I know from personal experience how important it is to capture these once in a lifetime moments because I big time regret not doing it for my own wedding. I got married 5 years ago I and now can barely remember the ceremony or anything from our toasts.

- Planning
- 1-Month prior to the wedding you will receive a questionnaire so we can learn more about your ceremony and toasts and the wedding timeline in general.
On the Wedding Day: Recording the Wedding Ceremony
- A Pixel Dust videographer will arrive at your venue 1 hour prior to your wedding ceremony. They will setup two tripods next to each other in coordination with your Photographer at the back of your ceremony area a little to the side of the main aisle. This will allow for your photographer to get that beautiful symmetric center shot aisle shot and so the tripods won’t be in the way of anyone walking. For audio, a small lapel microphone will be placed on your officiant and on you or your fiance. We will also coordinate with your DJ or venues audio system to get a 3rd audio recording of your ceremony.
- After the pronouncement and recession the video will cut and the cameras will be put to the side. The lapel microphones on you and your officiant will be collected.
Cocktail Hour
- Our videographer will casually move around your Cocktail hour filming guests enjoying the occasion.
Dinner
- If the time between set-up and the toast is more 4 hours we request a hot meal be provided when your other vendors eat.
Recording your Toasts
- Two tripods will be setup to record your toasts with care to not obstruct guest views. The audio will be recorded in coordinator with your DJ and using our own separate microphone.
- After the toasts end your videographer will depart.
After the Wedding
- Your Ceremony, Toasts, and Cocktail hour videos will be edited and the final videos will be uploaded to your private online wedding gallery.
- Within 1 month of your wedding you will receive an email letting you know that your wedding film gallery is ready for you to watch and share.
